After the tribunal hearings amidst tension in the capital city of Bangkok, the view has now changed from negative to a more positive outlook overall for the economy as well as the property market. Issues from the Foreign Business Act amendments to be announced later and the new constitution drafting and referendum are the next significant events that will determine the speed of economic recovery and business confidence. These will happen during the next few months. However, it is Sleuth's personal opinion that the tide has now turned and change to be better from Thailand. So watch out Malaysia, Vietnam and Cambodia!
