Sleuth came to understand that due to the current 'not-so-hot' market sentiment, the developer, Raimon Land has decided to convert the back tower of their newly launched North Point project in North Pattaya from condominiums to a high end hotel development. This may be a good move in view of the slower take up rates for luxury condos whilst the hotel sector in Pattaya is still boooming. Interesting news and kudos to the flexibility of the developer which is so in tune with the market!
