PROPERTY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT - Sansiri offering golf course plots

The listed developer Sansiri Plc is preparing to sell empty land plots at the Legacy Golf Club in the Rarm Intra area to serve high-end buyers who want to build their own units. The 160-million-baht Greenside by Sansiri, with a total area of 21.2 rai, will have 38 plots sized between 155 and 275 square wah and priced between 18,500 and 26,291 baht per square wah.

Samatcha Promsiri, the company's senior marketing manager, said Sansiri wanted to cover all market segments so it was aiming for premium customers who may want to invest in land or construct their own holiday homes.

The company has already sold 40% of the land and hopes to close sales soon, given the potential of the location, which is close to the city with convenient road access. It will officially introduce the project on Sunday.

''This is a pilot project that will lead the company to offer more empty land plots in the future,'' Mr Samatcha said.

Sansiri has worked with home building companies to offer housing designs to prospective customers. The participating companies are Four Pattana Co, Four Development Co, Modern Group Ltd, Royal House Co and Heritage House Co.
