Thai Property Prices On The Rise (Again)

Sleuth's conversation with a few astute real estate agents revealed that owners who put their property for sale have either pulled back or increase their asking prices by 10% to 15% since last week's court hearing on the two political parties. Real estate agents reported lower Sukhumvit lands in Bangkok are now hard to come by again as owners change their minds. Lands in Phuket and Krabi have higher asking prices with generally 10% to 15% increase on a per Rai basis. Sentiment sure changes at lightning speed in the Land of Smiles...
